Ages 2-5

Loosen up and let off some steam! This playful yoga class for caregiver and child will give you both a great bonding experience together!

During the class you will be given the opportunity to explore ideas which encourage self expression and promote self esteem.

The class will involve yoga poses with songs, stories and games! We will stretch and strengthen growing muscles, find our inner calm and will be focusing on breathing and relaxing techniques.

 No yoga experience necessary, please bring a yoga mat and water bottle.

Loose clothing is recommended.
