followed by either dropping off payment or sending it in the mail, to
the above address.
CLASS CONFIRMATION
Confirmations will not be phoned or mailed. Attend the first session of
a course as scheduled unless you are otherwise informed. Please feel
free to call 467-2956 to confirm your registration.
SCHOOL CANCELLATIONS
All evening classes held in the schools will be cancelled if the schools
have been closed during the day for any reason. With Manitoba winters
being unpredictable and due to unforseen circumstances, cancelled
classes will only be made up if/when possible.
RECEIPTS
Receipts will be issued on the first night of class for most courses.
REFUNDS IF WE CANCEL
If a course is cancelled for any reason, you will be notified and a full
refund will be mailed to you.
REFUNDS IF YOU CANCEL
All refunds requested by participants must be done 3 days prior to the
course start date and will be deducted $15.00 for administration costs.
(No refunds following the first class except in exceptional
circumstances where a course credit may be issued at the direction of
the Coordinator). No refunds will be issued for 1 or 2 day classes,
which have fees of $25.00 or less.
